Differentiating yourself in the airline industry may not be as easy as it seems. An airline company's starting point is quite similar as there are two major plane manufacturers to choose from (Boeing and Airbus). To differentiate themselves, airlines started focusing their efforts towards service related products such as; non-hassle check-in, high standard in-flight service by professionals, gourmet food and in-flight entertainment.
