The Caribbean is a great place, and there are many lovely beaches there for you to enjoy. The Caribbean is a beach-lover's paradise. There are beaches all over the place, and, what's more, the carefree beach culture that goes along with the nomadic oceanic lifestyle. What is the best beach in the Caribbean? It's a tough question to settle out. How do you determine which characteristics make it on your list of important characteristics? Sand quality? Heat level? It's a bit of a puzzler when you come right down to it, because beaches are fractal. Every beach is the ideal beach, in one way or another. Which of these great beaches do you like the best?

The Phillippines is a haven for biodiversity. The county is party to many international agreements protecting the environment, including Biodiversity, Climate Change, Climate Change-Kyoto Protocol, Desertification, Endangered Species, Hazardous Wastes, Law of the Sea, Marine Dumping, Ozone Layer Protection, Ship Pollution, Tropical Timber 83, Tropical Timber 94, Wetlands and Whaling. They have also signed, but not ratified, the Air Pollution-Persistent Organic Pollutants treaty. Which of these Phillippines attractions would you most like to visit?
