Rome was a wonderful empire, with a history that lies resplendent across the ages. Its buildings remain, to this day, the archetypal icons of the western classical architectural canon. No education in the modalities of classical design can be gleaned without seeing first hand the relics of this ancient city state. Which of these great Roman sites would you most like to visit?
