Since the dawn of time, mountains have been inspiring man to reach and build towards the heavens. Many primitive cultures worshiped these giant geological formations as deities in their own right, and built ancient temple to mimic the shape of them. While on vacation, you should take some time to take in (and maybe climb) on of these amazing mountains.

Asia is a large and varied place, with lots of spectacular geography and topography. It is home to many amazing mountains that play an important role in the spiritual and cultural life of the peoples that congregate around them. Nepal is located in Southern Asia, between China and India. The terrain is what's know as "Tarai" or flat river plain of the Ganges in south, central hill region, rugged Himalayas in north. It is a wonderful country filled with awesome sites and amazing people. Which of these great Nepalese destinations would you most likely travel to for a picturesque visit?

Trekking means a journey to be undertaken on foot in areas where means of transport(vehicle) is generally not available. Trekking always refers to walking on trails; it does not entail cross-country scrambling. Trekking is not mountaineering but just days of walking.
