Deserts are awesome reminders of how much of the world we don't really inhabit. They are massive swaths of land devoid of most recognizable human habitation because they are so deathly dry that no culture can survive there. However, they teem with life, especially at night time, when temperatures can be positively chilly. Which of these amazing deserts would you most like to visit?

Deserts are not always the hot dusty sand bowls we envision in movies. They can also be quite cold, as the real determining factor in desertification is not temperature but rather humidity.It doesn't have to be hot to be dry. A great desert experience probably involves going through some exertion that you were not expecting. The best day I ever spent in a desert, I ended up lost and came closer to death than I had in a long time. This is the mystical transformative power of the desert. Deserts are great for exploring. They are an entertaining place to be, and the flora and fauna that they exhibit is truly inspiring. The views are all captivating, never failing to impress. There's a lot more to deserts than you may imagine if you can only thing of blowing sand dunes when picturing them.Which of these deserts would you most like to encounter for an in-depth investigation?
